This approach studies the whole person and the uniqueness of each individual. In therapy, I hope to create a space where you feel seen, accepted, and understood. Together, we will focus on exploring all of the parts that make you who you are, including the shadows. My hope is for you to arrive at a deeper level of knowing yourself and an appreciation of your innate worthiness.
